Dialogue
Communication goes both ways. More than ever, it’s about dialogue - your workforce are used to being heard: online, in the media, to customer service teams. And so are you.
Powerpoint can be a great tool, but the chances aren’t good that three hours of graphs, flowcharts and bullet-pointed jargon will persuade your frontline workforce. They’re more likely to leave the room feeling management is hellbent on hiding their cunning plans behind impenetrable jargon.
That’s why we find the best ways for you to talk with them, to build on your relationships with your staff as people, with a genuine exchange of views.
Face to face, or online, or on paper, or — sometimes — on Powerpoint. Whatever’s best. It’s a continuing, responsive, adaptable process. You and your workforce are changing, after all.
And we hold ourselves to the same process with you. We’ll be talking and responding to your needs too, either on-site, or visiting you.
All the time, we'll be focussing on delivery.
